… born 1982, is originally from Cologne and plays music ever since. He started learning classical recorder at age 7. At age 15 he first became keyboarder, then lead singer of his first rock band. In 2003 he started studying Jazz voice at Dresden Conservatory. 2004 he added the recorder as his minor.
During winter 05/06 he worked at Benetton’s foundation »Fabrica« (Treviso/Italy) with Andrea Molino on »Winners«, a multimedia music-performance. Today he again lives in Dresden, studying, teaching, composing and playing. Musically he goes from improvised music, contemporary Jazz and Pop to contemporary classical music.
He composes for, leads and plays with quartet LAUTSTARK!4. Together with Diego Cofone he melts bass clarinet and bass recorder to BASSO DI BASSO. As a solo artist we see him at openings and other events. Concert invitations lead him to Cheque Republic, Italy, France and England. Since 2004 he escalates with Hagen Gebauer as »Espresso Doppio – Vokaleskalation!«
